Dr Krista Talbot daughter of Dr Philip Lever and Dr Mary Lever, grew up on the Gold Coast and studied at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

She did her Intern and Resident years at the Gold Coast Hospital and has worked in General Practice in the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Wollongong, Sydney and Townsville.

She was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in February 2011.

Dr Krista Talbot is the founder and president of Everyone Deserves Music, a charity for music therapy for children with disabilities.

Dr Krista is the mother of 2 small children.

Dr Krista covers all areas of general practice and has special interests in babies, baby sleep problems, children and women’s health, pregnancy care, as well as preventative care.

Dr Krista enjoys surfing and snow skiing as well as music.
